In this exhibition, ITTA Technology has further optimized and innovated the IC850 DHC intelligent leather cutting machine and won the "2024 China Diamond Award for Excellent Manufacturing Award".
Based on the original machine with double cutter heads, double work areas and double independent conveyor belts, the two working areas now are equipped with two projectors and two vacuum blowers each. A projection collection function is added to further improve the projection and cutting accuracy, which helps to solve the collection and sorting problems caused by mixed layout and cutting of different styles on the same leather.
After the configuration upgrade, the output increased most significantly. The daily output in the leather sofa industry is 7500-9500 feet, and the daily output in the soft bed industry is 12000-15000 feet.
The IR3000, an intelligent leather inspection scanner, is equipped with 6 advanced infrared lenses for digitizing leather materials layout and defects through an electronic pen. It supports 7x24 hours of fully automatic nesting in the background, multiple styles and multiple leather materials mixed nesting. The leather utilization rate can be increased by 5%-15%, hence reducing material costs.
In addition, the main model of online nesting work solutions, the IC960DHC intelligent leather cutting machine has also been upgraded this year. From the original double cutting head to a three-servo motor blade head. The multi-functional blade head supports multiple processes such as punching, drawing lines and cutting.
The application of servo motors makes the blade move smoothly and accurately, the cutting quality is more stable and the improvement of cutting efficiency is also particularly significant. After the upgrade, the cutting speed has increased by 20%-25%.
