July 2022 47th International Famous Furniture (Dongguan) Exhibition

On July 23, the 47th International Famous Furniture (Dongguan) Exhibition kicked off in Dongguan. As a major home furnishing industry event yearly, the 700,000 square meters Dongguan Famous Furniture Exhibition Hall attracted more than 1,200 brands. With the home furnishing industry cluster in the Bay Area, it opened the upstream and downstream of China's large home furnishing industry chain, completed the industrial closed-loop ecological circle and linked together "materials + manufacturing + finished products + customization + furniture" to build and share the home furnishing market.

As the “King" product of ITTA Technology, IC850DHC achieves higher production efficiency using double cutting heads, double cutting areas of 3 meters long and 3 meters wide and double conveyor belts. IR3000 uses high-speed cameras, infrared cameras, ultra-high definition projectors and other high-end equipment to acquire leather information (leather shape, defects, contours, areas) for background GPU leather nesting operations.

Use IR3000 for leather inspection together with IC850DHC special cutting offline nesting mode, 8 hours of output is equivalent to the total workload of 12 skilled cutting workers and save 2%-5% of leather which help the enterprise in cost reduction and higher efficiency.

In addition, ITTA Technology’s standard material cutting machine IC2516 has also attracted many visitors. IC2516 supports cutter head replacement, the vibrating cutter can cut genuine leather and flexible irregularly shaped materials in addition to standard materials. One single machine can achieve full cutting, half cutting and V-cutting processes. It is flexible to adapt to production needs and suitable for enterprises with lower costs and operating costs.

In addition, the machine control software needs to be updated continuously based on the actual leather industry needs.
